Return and refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product.

Before you return a product, please make sure that:

The product was purchased in the last 14 days
The product is in its original LABAREAU packaging. Product(s) must be closed/sealed and must not show any signs of use.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately by email for assistance.

Gifts & giftcards

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

We do not provide any refunds for our giftcards.
